About the role

A successful Head - Intelligence Automation should have: A strong educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field. Demonstrates strong platform leadership experience, having built and operated large-scale enterprise systems, preferably in banking or regulated environments. Possesses deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven design.

What you'll do

• Lead a high visibility vertical for a leading Indian Bank
• Develop and own key products for the Bank
• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and operation of enterprise decisioning platforms across the bank
• Define platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap to enable real-time, data-driven decision making
• Build and manage cross-functional teams including product, engineering, architecture, and support
