About the role
Reporting into the leadership team, the Head of International Purchase - India will be responsible for leading Global Sourcing and Export Procurement initiatives from India for manufacturing operations across international markets.
What you'll do
- Developing and executing international sourcing strategies aligned with global procurement objectives
- Identifying and delivering cost optimisation opportunities through strategic supplier engagement and global sourcing initiatives
- Leading end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier identification, RFQ management, commercial negotiations, supplier selection, and contract execution
- Building and strengthening an export-ready supplier ecosystem capable of supporting global manufacturing requirements
- Driving supplier industrialisation, capacity planning, quality readiness, and operational excellence initiatives
