What you'll do
- Engaging with various business units regarding non-standard contractual situations
- Conduct comprehensive risk evaluation from a contractual point of view and advise stakeholders
- Analyzing and structuring contracts to ensure compliance with the Company's policy
- Advising the Management on contractual rights and remedies
- Delivering training to the relevant stakeholders on contract implementation and extending
