What you'll do
- Develop and implement legal policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Establish and monitor compliance systems to ensure adherence to Indian and international pharmaceutical regulations
- Act as Board Secretary and oversee corporate governance, board processes, and statutory compliance
- Advise senior leadership on legal risks, strategic transactions, licensing, partnerships, and regulatory matters
- Lead litigation and dispute resolution matters while managing relationships with regulators and external legal counsel
