What you'll do
- Provide legal counsel on a variety of issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents including product technology agreements
- Oversee legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential liabilities, also advise on data privacy related laws
- Liaise with external legal counsel to manage litigation and other legal proceedings
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
