Proven expertise in managing customer warranty processes in the industrial or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in legal and compliance matters related to warranties. What you'll do

• Working closely with the Global Heads
• Oversee all warranty-related processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer warranty experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve warranty claims efficiently and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and analyse data to identify trends and improvements
