Position our client as a preferred partner for early talent hiring
What you'll do
- Lead the corporate relationship charter
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and scale corporate partnerships across sectors (IT, product companies, startups, GCCs, etc.)
- Identify and onboard new corporate partners for internships, placements, and skilling collaborations
- Establish long-term engagement models with key accounts
- Own and nurture senior-level relationships (HR Heads, Talent Leaders, CXOs)
