What you'll do

• Lead fragrance innovation using consumer insights and cross-functional teams
• Define and execute fragrance evaluation and category strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead fragrance development and evaluation from brief to commercial launch
• Drive innovation programs across Personal Care, Home Care, Fine Fragrance, Traditional and Air Care categories
• Translate consumer, customer, and market insights into winning fragrance strategies
