Proven experience managing technology operations across large, distributed, multi-site environments. Demonstrated success supporting 2,000+ end users across geographically dispersed locations. Experience managing enterprise networks, firewalls, cloud platforms, cybersecurity solutions, identity management systems, and business-critical infrastructure.

• Lead technology operations across a national multi-site footprint
• Drive infrastructure strategy in a high-growth business environment
• Defining and executing the infrastructure and technology operations strategy across a large multi-location environment
• Ensuring high availability and performance of enterprise networks, workplace technology platforms, communication systems, and critical business services
• Leading Infrastructure Operations, Network Operations, End User Services, Workplace Technology, and IT Service Management functions
