- Optimize SMT soldering processes and resolve production issues
- Provide customer-facing technical support and product evaluations
- Optimize SMT solder paste printing, stencil design, and screen printer performance
- Monitor and improve reflow, wave soldering, and selective soldering processes
- Troubleshoot manufacturing defects and implement process improvements
