What you'll do
- Build a best-in-class talent acquisition function from scratch
- Partner directly with leadership and shape workforce growth
- Lead and own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on attracting and hiring top-tier engineering and technology talent
- Partner closely with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and ensure hiring targets are achieved within aggressive timelines
- Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, and people operations to support organisational growth
