Leverage HR analytics and technology to enhance HR processes and decision‑making; use data insights to identify trends, drive improvements, and measure the effectiveness of HR programmes Large industrial or engineering‑driven companies High‑growth manufacturing or hardware‑focused startups Demonstrated experience handling both plant HR and corporate HR

What you'll do

• Own the entire HR function end‑to‑end, covering Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and overall People Strategy
• Oversee and manage a performance management and appraisal system that drives high performance, accountability, and growth
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity
• Develop HR policies and ensure full compliance with local, state, and national labour laws and regulations
• Establish and implement policies and procedures that promote fair, consistent, and transparent employee relations practices
