What you'll do
- Payroll Tax & Statutory Reporting: Own the end-to-end payroll tax and statutory reporting calendar for supported jurisdictions, ensuring accurate calculation
- Equity Compensation Administration: Lead the payroll administration of equity compensation events across multiple jurisdictions, including vesting, exercise, settlement
- Governance, Controls & Risk Management: Design, operate and evidence a robust payroll control framework covering tax, statutory reporting, equity transactions
- Process Improvement, Technology & Leadership: Identify and deliver process simplification, standardisation and automation opportunities across payroll tax
