What you'll do
- Support leaders in addressing people-centric topics
- Handle Strategic HRBP and Industrial Relations
- Act as the voice of the business by providing local perspectives, requirements, and workforce insights to HR stakeholders at all levels
- Support the implementation and execution of global and regional HR programs, initiatives, and policies across assigned business units and locations
- Collaborate with HR CoEs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives, people strategies, and HR initiatives
