What you'll do
- Partner with business managers to support workforce planning activities and help build talent pipelines for assigned Business Units
- Support the facilitation of Succession Planning discussions and related actions for the Business Units
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned location or region, working closely with the Location In‑Charge on day‑to‑day HR related topics
- Assist in cultural and change initiatives aligned with business and organizational priorities
- Identify talent development needs and support participation in local and global learning or talent programs
