Full-cycle recruiting experience in financial services/shared services/MNCs. Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
What you'll do
- Lead HR for a dynamic global capability center
- Lead talent acquisition for all GCC roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
- Define role requirements and staffing plans with senior leaders
- Maintain job descriptions, postings, and talent pipelines
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and integration programs
