What you'll do
- Lead and manage end-to-end RBI & FEMA compliance for multiple entities
- Ensure compliance with regulations governing: Foreign direct investments (FDI) and overseas investments (ODI)
- Oversee timely and accurate filing of all RBI returns, including annual, periodic, and event-based compliances
- Ensure all filings are audit-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations
- Partner closely with finance, legal, and secretarial teams to drive governance and compliance
