What you'll do
- Lead complex legal transactions across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and ensure timely closure while mitigating risks
- Handle transactions end-to-end with the help of external counsels
- Spearhead the legal aspects of strategic partnerships with digital lending partners, including FinTech companies and NBFCs
- Draft and negotiate partnership agreements and co-lending arrangements, ensuring compliance with RBI digital lending guidelines
- Manage external legal counsel engagements and ensure effective handling of complex legal matters
