About the role
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory. 16-20 years of experience in corporate secretarial and governance roles. Prior exposure to energy, infrastructure, power, or similarly regulated sectors will be preferred. Proven exposure to multi-entity structures, including subsidiaries and group companies.
What you'll do
- Lead Board, Committee, and Shareholder Meeting processes, including preparation of agendas, resolutions, minutes, and post-meeting compliance activities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and all applicable corporate laws, regulations, and governance requirements
- Manage secretarial compliances across multiple entities, including subsidiaries, associates, group companies, and overseas entities
- Liaise with regulatory authorities such as MCA, ROC, RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and other statutory bodies
- Drive preparation and filing of annual reports, statutory returns, forms, and maintenance of corporate records and registers
