About the role

A successful Lead - Performance and Rewards should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in performance management and rewards strategy, preferably in the energy / industrial / manufacturing space. A thorough understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute performance management strategies to enhance employee productivity
• Design reward and recognition programs tailored to organizational needs
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of performance goals with business objectives
• Conduct benchmarking studies to maintain competitive compensation structures
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing reward systems and recommend improvements
