Proven expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. Experience handling legal matters in the manufacturing, supply chain, facotories space

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies
• Handle litigation matters, including liaising with external counsel when required
• Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's interests
