What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, including sale deeds, leases, development and joint venture agreements, and MoUs
- Manage disputes related to property, tenancy, construction, and contracts, coordinating with external counsels in legal proceedings
- Conduct due diligence for land/property acquisitions and disposals, ensuring clear title and regulatory compliance
- Provide legal advice on title verification, zoning, land use, and approvals, while identifying risks and recommending practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws (RERA, land, municipal, and environmental) and liaise with authorities for approvals and filings
