What you'll do
- Oversee all commercial contracting, including drafting, negotiation, governance frameworks, templates, and playbooks
- Ensure end-to-end compliance across food, consumer, labour, data privacy, packaging, environmental, and other applicable regulations within the industry
- Handle litigation, disputes, and regulatory proceedings, representing the company before authorities and managing external counsel where required
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insight and risk assessment
- Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives, including compliance, reporting, disclosures, and evolving regulatory requirements
