A successful Legal Consultant - Temp should have: LL.B / LL.M An opportunity to work with a well-established organisation in the F&B industry.
What you'll do
- Work directly with senior stakeholders on day-to-day functions
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, etc
- Support the business with contract lifecycle management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations
- Identify legal risks and suggest simple, effective mitigation strategies
