What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and maintain organized contract repository and documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks
- Support real estate and corporate legal matters, including lease agreements, due diligence, and coordination with external counsel
- Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, and regulatory filings
- Provide legal advisory to cross-functional teams and proactively identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks
