About the role
A successful Paralegal should have: A degree in law or a related field from a recognised institution. Experience across contracts, transactions (PE/M&A), and corporate governance. Background from law firms / PE / financial institutions / GCC / LPO setups preferred. Opportunities for professional growth and exposure to global transactions.
What you'll do
- Draft and review NDAs, commercial agreements, and ancillary documentation (multi-jurisdictional exposure preferred)
- Support PE / M&A / asset management transactions including documentation and coordination
- Monitor compliance, regulatory tracking, and maintain corporate records and governance documentation
- Conduct legal research, prepare summaries, and manage legal trackers and documentation
- Work closely with global stakeholders across regions on legal and governance matters
