What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, procurement, and other business contracts
- Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders on contractual matters, risk assessment, commercial negotiations, and day-to-day legal queries
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, amendments, obligation tracking, and ensuring compliance with key commercial terms
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders on employee investigations, sensitive workplace matters, and legally compliant documentation and processes
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in employment and commercial law, providing timely guidance on business and policy implications
