What you'll do
- Ensure all agreements and related documentation comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal company policies, etc
- Prepare and maintain company policies, internal guidelines, and compliance trackers
- Conduct comprehensive legal research across diverse subject areas to support business initiatives and strategic projects
- Provide clear legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, risk areas, and effective risk-mitigation strategies
- Work with different teams to ensure contracts and compliance are completed on time
