What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end legal and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across the FMCG/BPC business
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, distributor, influencer, employment, lease, NDA, and service contracts
- Provide legal advisory and risk assessment support to management on strategic, operational, and corporate governance matters
- Handle litigation, legal notices, consumer disputes, and intellectual property matters, including trademark filings, renewals, and infringement management
