What you'll do
- Advise stakeholders on complex regulatory, operational, and transactional compliance matters
- Assess new business initiatives, products, and strategic ventures to identify and mitigate emerging compliance risks
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments, evaluating their impact on business operations and compliance obligations
- Design, implement, and maintain effective compliance controls and monitoring mechanisms
- Review policies, procedures, and reporting structures to identify risks, control gaps, and areas of non-compliance
