About the role

LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized institution. 5-8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure. Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment will be an advantage. Demonstrated ability to provide business-oriented, pragmatic legal advice. . Exposure to diverse legal challenges in a rapidly growing organisation

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and partnership arrangements
• Manage and support intellectual property matters, with a primary focus on trademarks, including filings, renewals, and coordination with advisors
• Drive adoption and implementation of legal automation tools and contract lifecycle management systems to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Partner closely with stakeholders across business, operations, product, and technology teams to deliver practical, solution-oriented legal advice
• Maintain, update, and improve standard contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processes
