About the role
The successful applicant will report directly to the Practice Head/Senior Partner on execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive and informed advice to clients.
