What you'll do
- Manage C2H hirings for our tech client in Hyderabad
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver on hiring targets
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and modern recruitment tools
- Handle C2H hiring as per client needs, ensuring speed and quality in delivery
- Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback collection, and ensure smooth on boarding for selected candidates
