What you'll do
- Develop and govern a regional L&D strategy aligned to business strategy and global HR frameworks
- Act as strategic advisor to Regional HR leadership on learning, leadership development, and talent initiatives
- Assess skill and capability gaps and develop relevant learning interventions (leadership, functional, behavioral)
- Further develop regional talent management and succession planning processes
- Design and oversee regional leadership and talent development programs, including coaching and mentoring
