About the role
A successful Research Analyst should have: Strong academic credentials from a Tier-1 institute in Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance 2-4 years of relevant experience in buy-side investing, finance, accounting, or engineering. Commercially minded, intellectually curious, and able to think from first principles to evaluate businesses and risks.
What you'll do
- Work alongside founders with direct impact on investment decisions
- Build a global investing career in a high-growth, entrepreneurial team
- Partner with the Founder/CIO and senior investment team to research and develop high-conviction investment ideas across global markets
- Track companies, sectors, and market developments, separating signal from noise across filings, earnings calls, industry sources, and alternative data
- Conduct primary and secondary research, including expert calls and channel checks, to build differentiated insights
