What you'll do
- Core HR Operations & Central Governance Take complete ownership of central HR Operations across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- Build, standardize, and maintain robust SOPs and HR policy frameworks to ensure compliance and operational consistency
- Payroll & Taxation Management End-to-end management and execution of payroll, statutory compliance, tax computation, and filing
- Ensure 100% accuracy in salary processing, query resolution, audit management, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain strict internal controls, data privacy, and governance across all payroll operations
