What you'll do
- Drive transformation across IB, PE & asset servicing verticals
- Lead end-to-end delivery of capital markets and alternative investment operations
- Oversee large teams across trade support, fund administration, reconciliation, and client reporting
- Drive operational excellence, SLA governance, and risk & compliance adherence
- Own P&L performance, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives
