About the role

Stabilize HR environment and ensure smooth workforce functioning in a non-unionized setup A successful Plant HR Head should have: Fluency in Telugu (read/write/speak) - Mandatory Extremely hands-on, with high shop-floor presence Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and statutory compliance Experience managing contract labor and local workforce dynamics

What you'll do

• Lead HR for ~400 employee manufacturing site; support an additional ~120 employee location
• Manage a team of 4-5 HR professionals and anchor all plant HR activities
• Drive core HR operations (attendance, payroll inputs, compliance, audits) with rigor
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and shop-floor discipline directly
• Manage contract workforce (technicians, electricians, fitters) and vendor ecosystem
