About the role
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and help deliver hiring outcomes during an important period of growth. Immediate Joiners will be preferred. To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong recruitment foundation along with the confidence to operate independently in a lead individual contributor capacity.
What you'll do
- Lead high-volume tech and non-tech hiring with global exposure
- Driving high-volume hiring with strong turnaround times across approximately 75-80 positions over the next 6-8 months
- Recruiting across both technical (40%) and non-technical (60%) roles
- Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders across India, the US, and the UK
- Building strong sourcing pipelines through multiple recruitment channels
