What you'll do
- Partner with the Internal Hiring Lead to drive internal talent hiring strategy
- Identify and source talent for internal job postings (IJPs) across global markets
- Build strong pipelines of internal candidates across functions and geographies
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to understand role requirements
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies for critical roles across North America, APAC, etc
