What you'll do

• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for leadership and niche technical roles across industries
• Drive structured intake discussions and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Build strong talent pipelines from multiple sources including social platforms, communities, events, referrals, and market mapping
• Maintain accurate hiring metrics, dashboards, and pipeline reports
