About the role
This is not a traditional recruiting role. You will operate as a builder, operator, and strategic partner, owning both hiring outcomes and the design of the recruiting engine itself.
What you'll do
- Owning end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech (ML/AI, Data, Platform) for the India tech hub
- Building the tech recruiting function from scratch - processes, workflows, and scalable systems
- Partnering closely with global engineering and product leadership to define structured, high-quality hiring strategies
- Driving proactive talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and pipeline building for critical and niche roles
- Owning offer management and close, including compensation benchmarking and candidate engagement strategies
