What you'll do
- Work closely with the CEO on high-impact strategic decisions
- Drive enterprise-wide performance and business transformation
- Act as the central intelligence and strategic support function for the CEO's Office
- Monitor performance against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to leadership
