About the role
We're looking for someone who has: 12-15 years of experience across HRBP, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or HR Generalist roles. Demonstrated success working within promoter-led or founder-driven organizations. Experience driving HR process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
What you'll do
- Own and drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, PMS, and exit management
- Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across locations
- Lead performance management processes and drive organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Build and standardize scalable HR processes, policies, and governance frameworks
- Partner with business leaders to improve employee experience and strengthen people practices
