About the role
The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, coordination and delivery of civil development and construction projects , including residential/ dormitory and other site development projects. The role requires strong hands-on experience across civil construction, structural works, architectural finishes, infrastructure development, quality, safety, statutory approvals .
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end execution of civil residential/industrial development projects from design review through construction, commissioning, handover and close-out
- Develop and monitor construction schedules, milestones, manpower, equipment and resource requirements
- Coordinate multiple contractors and subcontractors for timely execution
- Monitor progress against approved project schedules and establish recovery plans for delays
- Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews and coordination meetings
