About the role
The Construction Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall Quality Management System (QMS) for large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, statutory regulations, client requirements, and international quality practices.
What you'll do
- Establish and monitor quality assurance systems for contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers across the project lifecycle
- Conduct quality audits, surveillance inspections, site walkthroughs, and compliance reviews to identify gaps and enforce corrective actions
- Review and approve Method Statements, Material Submittals, Inspection Requests, Test Reports, Welding Procedures, and quality documentation
- Monitor contractor quality performance metrics, workmanship standards, punch points, and closure of quality observations
- Lead quality meetings with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and stakeholders to review project quality performance and risk mitigation actions
