About the role
As an IT Observability Engineer ,working on various monitoring tools at Micron Technology, you will support the installation, maintenance, and administration of Micron’s monitoring & Observability tools under your responsibility. Provide the ability to gather report and alarm on infrastructure software or hardware for the purpose of ensuring reliable operations of information technology.
What you'll do
- Administer, monitor, and support the monitoring and observability services
- Maintain and support the tools to enable global application and infrastructure monitoring
- Monitor systems and proactively address performance bottlenecks Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure needs
- Support in incident resolution and troubleshooting
- Work with customers to gather requirements, propose, engineer, and provision solutions
