What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach aligned to defined buyer personas
- Coordinate demo scheduling and handoff to senior sales executives for closing
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce) with call notes, deal stages, and next steps
- Participate in daily sales huddles, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly KPI reporting
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead-to-close conversion rates
