About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, non-technical, leadership, and niche hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding support
- Understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Drive hiring for technical, non-technical, leadership, and specialized roles
- Ensure closure of positions within defined SLA and quality benchmarks
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Business Heads, and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs
