About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR to support the Human Resources function across employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience and possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, and HRIS administration.
What you'll do
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs
